The Climate&Strategy Foundation is a non-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering pro-climate efforts and decarbonization among businesses, municipalities, and various stakeholders.
Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals proficient in carbon footprint analysis and reduction, climate-focused business strategy, climate communication, greenwashing mitigation, and methods and tools to combat climate disinformation.
Together, we leverage our collective expertise, experiences, and talents to address the urgent challenge of climate change and engage with key stakeholders, including politicians, journalists, online content creators, local government officials, academics, corporate executives, non-governmental organizations, and civil society representatives. Our Foundation provides comprehensive and expert support to businesses and municipalities, actively working to translate pro-climate declarations into tangible and effective emission reduction and decarbonization initiatives. Furthermore, we are committed to the eradication of climate disinformation and greenwashing.
We are actively involved in the educational initiatives concerning climate change, carbon footprint, and corporate responsibility. We design workshops tailored to various societal groups, including marginalized communities.
We create innovative tools and platforms to facilitate the journey to achieving net-zero emissions and access to reliable climate information. What is more, we take a leadership role in producing comprehensive educational materials on footprint accounting, reporting, and their business implications, ultimately enhancing the climate competitiveness of companies in Poland. Notably, our Foundation played a pivotal role in establishing the esteemed Journalist for the Planet Award.

Initiator of the Journalist for the Planet award granted together with Radio Zet as part of the A. Woyciechowski award and the project promoting climate journalism Journalists for the Planet.

Co-founder of the Climate&Strategy Foundation, Łukasz is an experienced adviser who worked with the Polish government and European institutions for many years. In the past, he was the Head of the Political Cabinet of the Prime Minister and a Head of the Private Office of the President of the European Council. Łukasz specializes in strategizing, communication, public policy, and international relations.
He supervises the area of carbon footprint calculation projects and cooperation with local governments and European institutions.. Graduate of the Executive MBA at the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
Aleksandra specializes in calculating carbon footprint and reducing greenhouse gas emissions of organizations and products. Over several years, she has worked with both big, complex organizations as well as small and medium companies representing a variety of sectors, including automotive, banking, chemicals, construction, cosmetics, e-commerce, educational services, energy, food, IT, machinery, marketing, pharmaceuticals, retail, telecommunications, textiles and tourism.
Her project portfolio includes the introduction of Germany’s first climate-neutral bank account compliant with PAS 2060 guidelines, performing calculations and verifications of companies’ and products’ carbon footprints in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol), creating sustainable corporate strategies focused on combating climate change and increasing energy efficiency. In addition, she is responsible for leading the process of setting and monitoring GHG reduction targets and key performance indicators, overseeing the progress and effectiveness of reduction measures.
An experienced manager with 17 years of experience in international corporations and the largest e-pharmacy in Poland. She gained experience in the buying departments of retail chains as a category buyer and in the e-pharmacy chain as a category manager, responsible for categories. She also has experience on the supplier side, mainly in sales departments.
She managed teams responsible for the drugstore market in Poland and sales teams responsible for business at the CE level. She has many years of experience in building market and negotiation strategies, as well as categorical strategies, project management and business processes. Negotiator and commercial coach. She is passionate about issues related to HR, climate protection and the cosmetics industry. At the Climate&Strategy Foundation, she is responsible for project development, building relationships with business partners, but also for improving processes within the organization.
Expert on climate communication and corporate social responsibility, involved in creating and coordinating numerous initiatives to raise awareness of climate change, including the Journalists’ Climate Working Groups, the Journalists for the Planet initiative, as well as the Journalist for the Planet award, which the Climate&Strategy Foundation gives together with Radio ZET as part of the A. Woyciechowski Award.

A specialist with extensive experience in the energy industry. For the past decade, he has been active as an investor and entrepreneur in the renewable energy industry, working with individual clients as well as medium and large enterprises. Earlier – as a consultant, manager and partner at McKinsey & Company – he advised major Polish and global corporations on business strategy, sales and marketing, and corporate transformation.
In addition to his consulting work, Łukasz has experience in managing large business organizations, in which capacity he served, among others, as Managing Director at Polkomtel S.A. From 2018 to 2021, he was co-owner and Managing Director at Luneos, a company specializing in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for businesses. Since 2023, he has been co-founder and CEO of EFFI Decarbonization, a company that supports companies in carrying out decarbonization projects and financing them with external funds.
Analyst with extensive experience in the field of data analysis. At the foundation, she is responsible for calculating the carbon footprint of organizations and developing the area of climate risks, aimed at a deeper understanding of climate-related threats.
She specializes in estimating the carbon footprint in various industries, including manufacturing, technology and leasing.
Her commitment is driven by the belief that precise data analysis is crucial for delivering tangible benefits to society, especially when it has a measurable impact on the environment. A graduate in mathematics from the University of Wrocław.
Project Manager specializing in calculating the carbon footprint of corporations, products, and credit portfolios for financial institutions. She has experience across various industries, including cosmetics, manufacturing, construction, energy, and finance.
Recently, she has focused on the leasing industry, co-authoring a methodology for calculating carbon footprints in this sector and specializing in calculating emissions for leasing portfolios across different asset types.
As a lead specialist in projects related to physical risk analysis, she also manages scenario analysis projects in accordance with the guidelines of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). She holds a degree in Geography from the University of Gdańsk, providing a solid foundation for conducting physical risk analyses related to climate change. She is passionate about exploring climate change issues and their impacts.
Public relations specialist. She gained experience at a programming and digital competence school and a job portal for white collar employees. She has worked on marketing and social campaigns, organizing events, building communication strategies and industry reports.

Marta is a marketer with many years of experience, and her portfolio has been built on projects in the B2C and B2B sectors, including: in the renewable energy industry. As an experienced manager, he has the knowledge necessary to plan, implement and monitor projects from the beginning to its closure.

Climate communication and project management expert, Anna brings extensive experience in designing and leading climate and social campaigns, including efforts in countering climate misinformation and engaging sensitive groups.
She is involved in strategic planning and project coordination, accumulating her expertise in both Polish and international non-governmental organizations and social impact agencies, including Amnesty International Poland, the Anna Dymna “Against the Odds” Foundation, and Purpose Climate Lab. Anna is a member of the Council of Non-Governmental Organisations for the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
